Service Description

AuxMem provides a personal knowledge graph system. The open-source version is provided as-is under the AGPL-3.0 license. The paid cloud service provides managed LLM access and premium features.

Self-Hosted (Free)

The open-source software is provided "as is" without warranty. You are responsible for your own deployment, security, and data backups.

Cloud Service (Paid)

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
• Usage is subject to fair use limits defined by your plan tier.

Your Data

• You retain full ownership of all your data.
• Your data is stored on your machine, not on our servers.
• We do not access, sell, or share your data.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes, to abuse API rate limits, or to attempt to circumvent license restrictions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuxMem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
